Tim + Cassie | Adelaide Wedding Photography

Congratulation to Tim and Cassie | Adelaide Wedding Photography Thank you for choosing Scott Goh Photography | Adelaide Wedding Photography as your wedding photographers. Photos can also be seen in our Facebook page via this link.

It's a destination wedding for two families and friends travelling to South Australia, Barossa Valley. Such great idea to celebrate in a world famous wine region. I had our over the phone meetings and everything work out really well. We did meet face to face a couple of days before their wedding. It's was a joy to attend their wedding. Seppeltsfield offers great wedding venue and great food.

Ceremony/Reception Venue:Seppeltsfield Winery, Barossa Valley

Car Hire:Adelaide Chevy Hire, Rocco

I started the day (with my lovely wife) travelling to Seppeltsfield Winery in the Barossa Valley for a port wine tour (as the photographer of course). I would love to go for a tour in the future. Well, I was offered a glass of water while the guests were offered port for tasting. Of course, I rarely drink while I am on the job, its my work professionalism.

As usual, the day proper begins with the bridal and groom's prep work before the ceremony. As the wedding cars leave a while after the ceremony, our bridal portrait session starts with the cars.

I read somewhere about "the kiss that cannot be seperated". Hence, I tried to get Tim and Cassie into the kissing position and then get the bridal party to "seperate" them. Having the cars as the backdrop, I like the outcome of the photo. Big thumbs up to the whole bridal party for the fun and Rocco's Adelaide Chevy Hire for such shiny cars.

This is the first reception dance that dances with photography props. What a wonderful ideas. Simple photo frames, fake moustache, hats etc...

Yes, Tim and Cassie are now off for a round a world trip.

May our blessings on this newly wedded couple last forever.

Before we being the wedding photos of Tim and Cassie, below are links to our newer wedding blogs. Kindly have a look at our new editing.

Monarto Zoo

I have been in Adelaide for more than 10 years. But this is my first trip to the Monarto Zoo. Its highly recommended. We were there from 11am-4pm. We can either walk/hike or hop on to the bus and see the animals. I was in fact very surprised how well and detailed the photos turn out to be, given the distance we were with the animals. Most of the time, we were in the bus, with a glass of the bus in between us and the animals. Zoomed in from the photos show great details. Thumbs up to the zoo for keeping the glass of the buses clean.

Below: Young cheetah cub Kwatile, born at Monarto Zoo, is now five months old. Its the current icon of the zoo. I wish i was there when Kwatile was younger.

Our fun started at the entrance.

Below: Meerkat. Very active.

The bus tour started with the peaceful herbivore animals.

Below: Mongolian horse. These are wild and can never be tamed

Below: Bisons - these animals were too far away to even see what they look like. I have to zoom in from these photos to see clearly how they looks like. They can charge at you hence, keep the good distance.

Below: Chapman zebra. They too have a baby zebra in their family.

Below: They call this the black Rhino but I cant tell why its call black as its no different from the others.

Below: White magpie. Our driver said he's a bird expert and he said this bird is rare.

Below: Indian Antelope. Look closer at the ear. They are all tagged.

Below: This series, the Giraffes are one of the most fantastic animal on earth.

Below: The Eland. They stay with the Giraffes and Ostriches.

Below: Chital deers. "Bambi" from the movie.

Below: Ostrich. They are different from Emu. I think they look better. I was told that their eyes are larger than their brain and their toe can cut like a penknife.

Below: We took the courage and broke into the Closed Track and meet the carnivorous animals. Tigers and Cheetahs, here we come!

Greeted by one of the animal that rules the park.

Below: Sadly, the males are seperated from the females. The males need to show that they are strong and fit to mate before being release to the females.

Below: Meet Kwatile. She is the reason for our trip. Totally love it.

Below: Next stop, meet our baby rhino with mummy. Love this photo as it portrays mother's love..

Below: Some art display at the bus stop.

Below: Our final stop before we head home.

Below: We are able to meet baby chimp and family. It was quite disturbing to see these chimps that act and behave just like humans.

We will be back! Thank you Monarto Zoo for such a wonderful experiences.

Geoff + Eliza | Engagement

Congratualtion to Geoff and Eliza on their Engagment | Engagement Photography Big Thanks to Brendon and Kimberly who recommend our engagement photography to Geoff and Eliza. Last Jan, Brendon and Kimberly had their Engagement session with us. Looking forward to Geoff and Eliza's wedding in 2014.

Engagement Photography is fun. Way more relax than the wedding day. No stress and it is a great way to remember the moments you have together. The most important thing is that you get to test your wedding photographer.

In Australia, Engagement Photography is often perceived as photographying in an Engagement party. Engagement Photography is really popular in the USA. In Asian countries, couples took photos before their wedding in their wedding gowns and suits. It's pre-wedding photography.

I planned the route before the exciting session. In my mind, I have already a set of ideas what sort of photos I want. Geoff and Eliza were happy and agreed to my plan. Sweet!

Our fun started in the Adelaide Botanic gardens and ended along North Terrace.

I always wanted to have a photo taken along this road with such lovely tunnel lights. My emphasis is always on safety. A police car drove past and I thought the car would stop and warn me not to stand around in the middle of the road. But nope... the car moved on... and the fun continued.

The Adelaide library always has such a classic feel. This place is so.... quiet. I once dropped a pencil and I can hear the echo of the noise for seconds. Amazing.

I had Geoff and Eliza sneaked under the staircase while I climbed up few floors for this shot. pretty tight but Geoff and Eliza had done well.

Geoff and Eliza were placed in an awkward position but the effort is well worth for this photo below.
